Sunday, we had a few friends over to decorate cookies for Valentine's Day. I set the table before the seven kids arrived with cookies, baggies, and juice boxes. There was a small
craft available while they were waiting for all the kids to arrive. It was so easy to do, and it was a lot of fun. Iris went straight to eating, while Quentin made some "serious men," and the other girls were busy concentrating on their candy placement. The sunny afternoon ended in our backyard where the kids ran off their sugar highs, and the adults got a chance to chit chat. I even left the table a mess until everyone left, which is a first for me!
