Memorial Day was spent with a good, old-fashioned block party. We got a permit, and the street was closed. Neighborhood kids came over in the morning to decorate their bikes, and the annual parade to kick off the party started at 2pm. Many games were played, tons of food was eaten, and a good time was had by all. We feel very blessed to live on one of the best streets in Fullerton!
seriously though. you always talk about my street. yours blows ours away. still can't get over how many kids there are on your street. and you didn't tell me you actually got a permit to shut the street down. that is so cool!
