Wee-Ones Wednesday: No One is Too Young

We have always prayed and sang songs about Jesus with Lilly and Iris, and this Christmas we read a little advent/devotional book before dinner as we counted down to Jesus' birthday. The girls really loved it, so I ordered these devotionals to continue this practice throughout the year. Music and dancing happens almost every night as I prepare dinner. This is such a special time for us; it only seemed natural to honor God in this way. Both books are great, (and Amazon's prices are so much better than book stores). Boys would definitely be interested in the  "Five Minute" book because of the connection to animals and nature. Lilly really likes it because it is full of scientific facts and has comprehension questions. The only downfall is that it is pretty short, and would last about a month and not a full year. We are reading the "preschool" one now. It's great too because it covers topics like sharing, bragging, name calling, anger, helping etc. and everyone can use a little help in these areas, even mommies and daddies!
